We opened our first Shack in Canada in early summer 2024 and these were the first regional specific items. All deserts, and  featuring ingredients inspired by local flavors and sourced from local suppliers, the goal was to honor the people and culture of Toronto. Inspiration came from Canadian “Sugar Shacks” and the maple candies that they produce.

I did all art direction and design for this LTO as well as photo concepting and on-set photo direction.
